Tonight supper is ready at the girls basketball game in White Lake! JV action begins at 6:30pm.

Kimball-White Lake is struggling to find people interested in officiating JH basketball games. We have done many things to combat this issue including talking to coaches/players/fans to refrain verbal abuse of officials as well as also increasing the pay up to $35 per contest. Even with this, it is still difficult to find officials. If you or someone you know is interested in officiating JH basketball games for $35 per contest, please reach out to Basketball Athletic Director Will Gottlob at 605-421-0222. Reminder, without officials, we cannot offer these great experiences for our student-athletes.

Message from the Kimball Backpack Program:
🌟 Supporting Our Community, One Backpack at a Time 🌟
This Thanksgiving, the Kimball Backpack Program filled each with a special gift card to Michelle's Market – helping families get what they need and offering a little extra love during the holiday season. 💛
While our program may not be large, our heart for serving and supporting is huge. We believe in the power of community and want to extend that love to others who feel called to join us. Whether through donations, volunteer efforts, or simply spreading the word, every bit of support makes a difference.
If you or your family could benefit from the support of our program, we welcome you to enroll at the school office. Let’s make this season a little brighter together!

Kimball School students had the incredible opportunity to work with artist Markus Tracy from Henderson, CA over the past two weeks during our annual Artist in Residence program.
K-6 students enjoyed sharing their creativity and imaginations through lessons on scribble clouds, tree drawings, and small watercolor murals for their classrooms while students in 7-12 created a third mural that will soon complete the trilogy on the side of the Christensen Land and Cattle building right off of Main Street. The first two murals were completed with Mr. Tracy by former and current Kimball School students during residencies in 2021 and 2022.
The theme for this year's community mural was "Arts and Entertainment" and it beautifully highlights both past and present forms of the variety of ways that we celebrate our town of Kimball and its surrounding area. Kudos to all that helped to bring this to fruition!

Kimball High School students have a peer mentoring group called "Prime Time". This program is run through the Networks of Support with Tim McGowan. Last week students collaborated with area students from Tripp/Delmont, White Lake, Lower Brule, and Standing Rock. Students were able to collaborate and learn leadership skills and develop personal connections. Photo Credits to Megan Miller.
